Requirements
• — 6+ months of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition; • — English level: B2+ (both written and spoken); • — Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously; • — Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets; • — Strong communication and organizational skills; • — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. • — Experience working with ATS / CRM systems; • — Previous experience in EdTech or high-volume hiring environments; • — Understanding of the full hiring lifecycle and basic metrics.
