Requirements

• To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: • 5–8+ years of experience in an agency, consulting, or technology environment • Proven hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations • Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder • AMPscript, SSJS, JS, SQL, APIs • Solid understanding of marketing automation, data architecture, and integration patterns • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM, Data 360, and external systems • Strong Salesforce Platform (CRM/Service/Sales) technical and process integration knowledge • Ability to clearly explain technical trade-offs, constraints, and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality • Comfortable working in large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams • Able to balance technical depth with client-facing communication • Proactive, curious, and continuously learning • One or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist, Administrator) • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, or other Salesforce ecosystem products • Experience with CI/CD, source control, and deployment automation for Marketing Cloud • If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery & Development • AMPscript, SSJS • HTML/CSS/Javascript • SQL for data extensions and segmentation • Journey Builder custom activities • API integrations (REST/SOAP) • Build scalable and maintainable Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards • Implement complex data models, automations, and integrations with CRM, Data 360, and third-party platforms • Ensure performance, security, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, consent management) • Solution Design & Architecture Support • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, consistent, and complete technical designs • Contribute to solution architecture decisions related to Marketing Cloud and the broader mar-tech ecosystem • Advise on integration strategies and platform extensions required to support client use cases • Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies • Client & Project Collaboration • Act as a technical point of contact for clients during delivery phases • Support project kick-offs, discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept development • Collaborate closely with solution architects, consultants, project managers, and mixed delivery teams • Ensure quality of delivery through code reviews, documentation, and technical validation • Pre-Sales & Innovation • Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical input to proposals, estimates, and solution designs • Assist with technical demos and proof-of-concepts • Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce and marketing technology trends and proactively suggest improvements and innovations
