Requirements
• 4+ years of T-Shaped digital marketing work experience. Strong knowledge of Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), Website Solutions (UX/CRO), and SEO fundamentals. • Post-secondary education in a related field. • 2+ years agency experience as a digital marketing subject matter expert, with a large client territory • 2+ years of customer success experience • Automotive Industry experience is a significant asset • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 • Experience in large budget online media planning, media buying or campaign management would be an asset. • Excellent presentation and communication skills - A strong ability to translate complex ideas up and down an organization • Strategic & Collaborative; gets the bigger picture – can work with internal & external teams to bring alignment to performance and vision • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment • Natural ability to foster and build working relationships • Accountable & Trustworthy - you have the ability to do your job well with high autonomy in your own work schedule • Client & Team-First mentality

The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions.
