Requirements

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product. • 5+ years hands-on AP experience, including ownership of invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ownership of AP month-end activities (reconciliations, accrual support, cut-off, aging management) in an IFRS reporting environment. • Strong understanding of P2P processes and internal controls, with the ability to identify gaps, propose practical improvements, and implement changes. • Strong working knowledge of a modern, cloud-based ERP system (e.g., NetSuite or similar) and experience with expense management and/or P2P workflow tools. • Practical experience running or co-running a corporate card and reimbursements process (Brex or similar), including policy enforcement, receipt compliance, and exception handling. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders and vendors. • Nice-to-haves: • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech company with multiple legal entities and international operations. • Exposure to process automation and system rollouts in Finance (e.g., new AP/P2P tools, integrations, or workflow redesign). • Experience working in a remote-first environment, comfortable with async communication and documenting processes clearly. • This role is an existing vacancy • #LI-JS1 #LI-DNI • What We Have to Offer: • location • United States: $91,700.00 to $147,900.00 • United Kingdom: to £57,600.00 to £94,800.00 • Singapore: S$113,900.00 to S$170,900.00 • If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. • Remote.com

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end AP operations across entities, from invoice intake through coding, matching, issue resolution, payment runs, and reconciliations. • Co-own Travel and Expense operations (Brex corporate card and reimbursements) with the AP team, including compliance enforcement (receipts, out-of-policy spend), exception handling, user enablement, and month-end close readiness. • Maintain vendor master data hygiene and support vendor onboarding and vendor record updates, including independent verification of sensitive changes like banking details. • Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvements, helping to design, document, and refine workflows that reduce friction, improve data quality, and support scalable growth. • Prepare and review AP-related month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, aging analysis, and supporting schedules, in close collaboration with the broader Accounting team. • Improve and document processes and controls in Zip and Brex, create clear guidance for stakeholders, and support audit requests with complete evidence.
