Requirements

• We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our IT Enterprise Applications team. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role designed for a "technical athlete" who can move fluidly between complex code and operational architecture. You will own the performance, deployment, and data integrity of quantcast.com. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years of professional web development experience in a complex, global environment. (We value expertise and demonstrated impact; if you have 4 years of extraordinary results, we still want to hear from you). • Technical Mastery: • Advanced JavaScript: Expert-level ES6+ skills are mandatory. • LWC Willingness: You must have a strong desire to work within the Salesforce ecosystem. Whether you are already an LWC expert or a Senior JS Developer ready to master it, willingness to own LWC development is key to this role. • Headless & MarTech: Proven experience with API-first CMS platforms (Builder.io preferred) and expert-level Google Tag Manager (GTM) management. • Modern DevOps: Practical experience writing YAML for GitHub Actions and managing automated deployment environments. • The "Technical Athlete" Mindset: You are comfortable debugging a tracking pixel one hour and architecting a global deployment workflow the next. • Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical constraints into clear strategic options for non-technical stakeholders. • Google Analytics/GTM Professional Certification. • Experience mentoring junior developers or establishing documentation standards for technical teams. • The salary range for this position is $128,700 - $149,600 USD

Responsibilities

• Architectural Ownership (40%): Lead the technical strategy for our headless CMS (Builder.io) and GTM instrumentation. Define standards for custom HTML tags, complex triggers, and data layer governance to ensure high-fidelity marketing analytics. • Custom Engineering & LWC (30%): Develop modular, standalone ES6+ JavaScript. A critical focus will be the development and maintenance of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) (optional but a bonus) to create seamless data bridges between our web presence and Salesforce. • DevOps & Automation (20%): Own and optimize our CI/CD pipelines. You will design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to automate testing and deployment, ensuring a "fail-safe" global shipping velocity. • Strategic Stakeholder Leadership (10%): Act as a technical consultant to Marketing and Engineering leadership. You will translate high-level business goals into scalable technical specifications and lead the "triage" of complex, cross-system issues. • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • System Reliability: Significant reduction in manual deployment errors through advanced automation. • Architectural Flexibility: Successful implementation of custom JS and LWC solutions that bypass standard "out-of-the-box" tool limitations. • Data Accuracy: Perfect synchronization between web interactions (GTM/DataLayer) and downstream Salesforce lead tracking. • Execution Velocity: Measured improvement in the time-to-market for global marketing initiatives.
