Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting immigration attorneys. • Experience interviewing paralegals is a plus. • Familiarity with immigration-specific practice areas. • Knowledge of hiring compliance and legal credential matters. • Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g. Lever) and sourcing platforms is a plus. • Passion for social justice, human rights, or public interest law. • Must be fully fluent in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple open legal roles simultaneously. • Excellent discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (such as Teams, Excel, etc.). • Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task in our KIND environment, managing numerous priorities and emerging opportunities. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment; ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate. • Ability to work effectively with people of various backgrounds, lived experiences, and communication styles. • Committed to practicing and supporting wellbeing and a work-home life balance. • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required.
