Responsibilities
• 4+ years of experience in GTM/sales analytics, consulting, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role in B2B SaaS • Proven ability to own complex analyses that influence pipeline, productivity, or revenue outcomes • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) • Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and core GTM metrics • Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and translate large datasets into clear, actionable recommendations • Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Overlay teams • Clear communicator who can tailor insights for both executive and technical audiences • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
