Requirements
• 2-3 years in ERP consultancy or implementation with a finance process focus, or in bookkeeping, audit or tax with strong ERP exposure. • Business-fluent English (C1). • Hands-on ERP configuration experience in Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Solid grasp of month-end close and audits (experience on at least one side), plus basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), Polish GAAP (UoR) or IFRS. • A technical mindset: you enjoy configuring systems and turning ideas into working solutions, and working with LLMs feels natural to you, or you are keen to get there fast. • Strong communication skills to guide finance colleagues and stakeholders in Billing, Sales and IT through change. • Oracle NetSuite experience, ideally from 2-4 implementations. • Automations or agents you have already built.
