• Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $101,512 - $126,890: Plus earn up to an additional 10% of your month salary with our second bonus - that's right, TWO bonuses to increase your earning potential!
• Monday - Friday: 8am-5/6pm
• Generous Time Off to Recharge and Maintain Work-Life Balance: Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
• Flexible Hybrid Role: We offer remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms. Telehealth is determind by the BCBA when it's clinical effective for the client and BT.
