Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to design simple, elegant solutions to complex user problems, balancing aesthetic quality with user needs and business goals to create scalable, effective designs. • Strong eye for detail in visual and interaction design, with expertise in modern patterns and trends. • Comfortable defining and using actionable metrics to evaluate the success of design decisions. • Practical understanding of user research methodologies, with experience conducting qualitative user research and developing actionable insights. • Expertise with prototyping and rapid iteration, to demonstrate and assess interaction and functionality decisions • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design direction and decisions clearly, ensuring alignment across teams and contributing to a shared product vision. • $130,000 - $165,000 a year • This role may also be eligible for a bonus. • Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities
