• The Product Technical team provides the business with expert knowledge of the rules and practices expected of firms operating investing and tax wrapped products. Principally those of HM Revenue and Customs but also associated regulators and industry bodies (such as the IRS, Pensions Regulator, Bacs, Open Banking & FCA). • The team applies this knowledge to a broad range of tasks; from advising on complex customer enquiries and complaints, to completing regulatory returns, responding to audits, interpreting rules and guidance, overseeing pertinent changes to our processes and representing Moneybox in industry forums. • The work is varied, fast paced and involves engagement with a large swathe of the business and external third parties. You will learn a great deal about how Moneybox operates in the most granular level of detail and will apply those learnings to help create excellent outcomes for Moneybox and its customers. • Due to the growth and success of Moneybox, the Product Technical team is expanding and is seeking to recruit a Junior Product Technical Analyst. Your role in the team will be to primarily facilitate a number of the regulatory reporting tasks owned by the team, as well as management of customer facing literature and supporting the resolution of complex customer queries and incidents (such as missed interest calculations or investment losses).
