Requirements

Responsibilities
• Develops backend services and APIs using Go or Python • Writes clean, tested, and maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers • Works with databases to design tables, write queries, and improve performance • Uses AI coding tools in daily work, and reviews and corrects their output before shipping • Troubleshoots issues and helps find their root cause • Takes part in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback • Collaborates with teammates in English, in meetings and in written documentation • Learns our systems step by step and takes on more ownership over time • Have 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships included) • Have built at least one project with Go or Python • Have built at least one end-to-end backend project (API, database, and tests) • Have a basic understanding of SQL, Git, and Docker • Have good English skills: you can read technical documentation and join team meetings in English • Have used AI coding tools in real projects, and can spot their mistakes and guide them to better results • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or be in your final year)
