Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design and implement responsive front end user interfaces for web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS/VueJs, Angular.js etc., with a focus on accessibility standards like WCAG AA level compliance. • Collaborate closely with the backend team to understand application requirements and ensure seamless integration of front end components into existing systems or new applications being developed in parallel by other teams (e.g., API development, database management). • Optimize website performance through efficient coding practices, minimizing HTTP requests, leveraging browser caching mechanisms, compressing images/files to reduce load times and improve user experience on various devices including mobile platforms with touch interfaces. • Conduct thorough testing of front end components using automated tools (e.g., Selenium) as well as manual exploratory testing methods for identifying bugs or issues that may affect functionality, usability, accessibility compliance etc.; report findings to the development team and work on resolving identified problems promptly while maintaining high code quality standards throughout all stages of software delivery lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies related specifically within front end engineering such as progressive web apps (PWAs), single page applications, serverless architectures etc., by attending relevant conferences/workshops regularly; actively participate in online communities discussing latest trends and best practices for implementing these solutions effectively into projects under development. • Provide technical guidance to other engineers within the team regarding front end technologies including but not limited to CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS, JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS/VueJs etc.; assist in setting up proper coding conventions and standards across all aspects of software delivery lifecycle while ensuring consistency throughout project deliverables. • Actively contribute towards continuous improvement processes within the organization by participating actively during retrospectives after each sprint cycle; identify areas where process improvements can be made based on feedback received from team members or stakeholders involved directly/indirectly with projects being worked upon at present time period under consideration hereinabove mentioned above. • Represent RemoFirst as an expert front end engineer during client meetings discussing technical aspects related specifically towards design decisions regarding user interface layouts, navigation menus etc.; provide recommendations based on best practices learned through experience gained over years working within this field; communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders explaining complex concepts using simple language whenever necessary without compromising accuracy/clarity during discussions held between parties involved hereinabove mentioned above. • Maintain excellent communication skills both written and verbal when collaborating closely not only internally but also externally via email correspondence or phone calls with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) within RemoFirst; ensure timely
