getground - Senior Full Stack Product Engineer
Requirements
• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on user-facing products • Product and commercial thinking • Comfortable moving between frontend and backend development, even if you have a background leaning more heavily one way • A curiosity and excitement about using AI tools to build better software faster • Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript is great, but not essential • Experience with testing practices - unit, integration, or automated end-to-end tests • A track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers
Responsibilities
• You’ll work closely cross functionally to understand customer needs, taking ideas from concept all the way through to deployment • You’ll enjoy a lot of ownership and freedom, navigating a fast-moving environment where things aren’t always clearly defined • Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack - today that means React, Remix, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Golang on the backend - but you’ll work fluidly across both • Write clear, maintainable code and thoughtful documentation, for humans and for AI models • Help define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment • Mentor other engineers and help us scale our engineering culture
