Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software development across multiple environments. • Proficiency in C++, Rust, Python, etc. • Strong understanding of real-time video and image processing, including tools such as OpenCV, FFmpeg, and GStreamer. • Experience with ML model integration and/or edge GPU inference tools (NVidia Jetson/Hailo NPU/etc.) • Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring team members. • Solid grasp of data pipelines, ETL processes, etc. • Ability to operate in fast-paced, remote-first environments. • Prior contributions simulators or any other graphics software; • Exposure to UAV systems, embedded computing, or real-time edge AI applications. • Startup experience or background in product ownership.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance software tools and applications across edge and desktop platforms. • Develop and optimize real-time systems involving but not limited to video processing and perception components. • Build and support scalable machine learning infrastructure, including experiment tracking, annotation tools, and cloud GPU training pipelines. • Contribute to the development of internal tools and scalable infrastructure. • Lead or participate in architectural design and code reviews. • Mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and research to define and deliver new features.
