Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with senior ownership of regional or international scope • Strong background in field marketing and go-to-market execution • Proven experience partnering closely with Growth teams and influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes • Comfort operating across multiple markets, cultures, and stakeholder groups • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on executional excellence • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills • Experience in SaaS, legal, professional services, or complex enterprise sales environments • Multilingual capabilities — particularly in German, Spanish, and/or French, are a strong advantage in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA brand awareness • Own and execute the EMEA marketing strategy aligned with global brand and company priorities • Build a strong, trusted, and regionally relevant brand presence across key EMEA markets • Activate flagship brand campaigns, events, and partnerships that cut through traditional B2B noise • Establish Legora as the clear category leader through thought leadership, storytelling, and credibility within the legal community • Drive GTM & pipeline impact • Partner closely with Growth, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to support the full funnel • Activate ABM programs, field marketing initiatives, and high-impact experiences targeting key logo law firms and priority verticals • Ensure Legora is present and compelling in late-stage deals through regional proof points, customer stories, and enablement • Own the regional event strategy — from must-win conferences to intimate executive and customer experiences • Earn customer loyalty • Build programs that spotlight customer champions and power users across EMEA • Create meaningful experiences, content, and gifting that strengthen long-term relationships • Support customer adoption, expansion, and advocacy in close collaboration with Engagement and Product Marketing • Lead, operate, and scale • Own EMEA marketing planning, prioritisation, and budget management • Define success metrics and track impact across pipeline influence, and engagement • Operate as a senior regional leader and trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders • Build scalable processes while maintaining speed, creativity, and quality
