competitive landscape • Strategic Roadmapping • Build and communicate a clear CBMM roadmap that balances customer impact (settlement speed, pricing transparency, corridor coverage), technical feasibility, and business priorities (revenue, margin expansion, risk management) • Prioritize product expansion based on validated client demand, total processed volume (TPV) potential, and strategic liquidity APIs, etc) ship 1-2 months ahead of CBMM product launches • Data-Driven Decision-Making • Establish dashboards tracking CBMM performance: Processed volume by corridor, spread margins, settlement times, client churn, etc • Leverage analytics to optimize pricing (eg spread structures), identify high-value corridors, and validate product-market fit • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing/product strategy to maintain top-3 positioning in core markets • Cross-Squad Orchestration • Partner with Pay-Ins squad on hybrid collection flows (3rd-party collections → CBMM → local payouts) • Collaborate with Pay-Outs squad on cross-border disbursements (CBMM → international payouts) • Work with Stablecoins squad on stablecoin-fiat conversion flows (USDc → CBMM → COP payouts) • Coordinate with Platform Core on banking integrations, liquidity infrastructure, and API standardization • Operational Excellence & Risk Management • Define standards under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for settlement speed (target: <3 min p95 for standard corridors), error rates (<0.1%), and uptime (>99.5%) • Partner with treasury and finance teams to manage liquidity pools, FX exposure, and credit risk • Monitor transaction health, coordinate incident response, and implement corrective actions to protect client trust • Ensure compliance with corridor-specific regulations (Banco de la República, CNBV, Banxico) in partnership with Legal/Compliance teams • Stakeholder Communication • Keep stakeholders informed on CBMM performance, experiment results, corridor validation outcomes, and necessary pivots • Present complex FX concepts (forwards, swaps, options) with clarity to non-technical audiences • Tie every update back to strategic goals: revenue growth, market penetration, competitive differentiation • What do you need: • What do you need: • Proven track record as a Product Manager in fintech, with deep expertise in cross-border payments, FX products, or treasury pricing), technical feasibility (banking integrations, liquidity infrastructure), and business goals (margin expansion, corridor coverage) • Strong Jobs-to-be-Done mindset: you understand why clients need cross-border flows and design products that solve real treasury pain points • Technical Fluency • Fluency in technical conversations is a must: you design with APIs, FX logic, and banking rails
