Requirements
• 7-12 years of experience in advertising account management in performance marketing. • Domain Expertise • Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and performance marketing landscape • Strong measurement skills including • Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges • High degree of agency in high ambiguity • Ability to simplify the complex and stay calm under the pressure of high-spend environments. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment • Analytical Rigour • Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors • High attention to detail • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
• Advanced Measurement & Attribution Strategy • Our customers operate on a rigorous performance basis, your primary job is to prove the value of every dollar spent on Reddit. • Full-Funnel Measurement: Design and implement measurement frameworks that move beyond basic Last-Click attribution, focusing on Incrementality (Lift Studies), Multi Touch Attribution (MTA), and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). • Full-Funnel Measurement: • Data Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into actionable narratives. You don't just report "CPA"; you explain the reason behind performance shifts and how they align with our customers’ LTV (Lifetime Value) goals. • Data Storytelling: • Strategic Account Management • Business Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to our customers’ performance leads, understanding their quarterly KPIs and aligning Reddit’s product roadmap to their growth targets. • Business Consultation: • Internal Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of Customer" within Reddit. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the development of performance features (e.g., automated bidding, dynamic product ads). • Internal Advocacy: • Performance Optimization & Execution • Sophisticated Alpha/Beta Testing: Manage a rigorous testing roadmap, including new ad formats, bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS), and creative testing to constantly move the needle on performance. • Sophisticated Alpha/Beta Testing: • Scale Management: Identify opportunities to expand our customers’ footprint across global markets, ensuring regional teams are aligned with the overarching global strategy. • Scale Management: • Auction Intelligence: Provide deep-dive insights into auction dynamics and competitive landscapes to help our customers maintain a first-mover advantage on the platform. • Auction Intelligence: • Cross-Functional Leadership • The "Quarterback" Role: Coordinate between Creative Strategy, Measurement Leads, and Brand Partnerships to ensure a unified approach to the our customers account. • The "Quarterback" Role: • Executive Presence: Confidently present performance data and strategic visions to Director and VP-level stakeholders at Our customers. • Executive Presence:
