Requirements

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance marketing efforts of Zopa in London. • Oversee all aspects of campaign management including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, budget allocation, and optimization for maximum ROI on advertising spend across various channels (digital, print media). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing objectives and overall business goals. • Lead the creation of compelling performance campaigns that drive targeted traffic towards Zopa's digital properties while ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints, including website landing pages, email communications, social media platforms, etc. • Analyze data and insights from various sources to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, potential risks or threats in the marketplace that may impact performance campaigns; develop strategies accordingly. • Monitor key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV) to evaluate success of current initiatives while identifying areas for improvement or optimization in future efforts. • Manage relationships with agencies, media partnerships, influencers, affiliate programs etc., negotiating contracts that align best interests between Zopa and its business associates; ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing performance marketing activities within the UK jurisdiction while maintaining ethical standards. • Provide leadership in developing creative concepts for campaign messaging, visual identity elements (e.g., banners), copywriting etc.; review existing materials regularly to identify opportunities for improvement or refreshing; ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints with Zopa's brand image while maintaining a human-centric approach that resonates emotionally with target audien0. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in performance marketing (e.g., A/B testing methodologies), emerging technologies such as programmatic advertising or machine learning algorithms etc.; incorporate relevant insights into Zopa's strategies to maintain competitive edge within the London-based digital landscape while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing performance marketing activities. • Maintain a proactive approach towards identifying new opportunities for growth or expansion in emerging markets; develop plans accordingly that align best interests between Zopa's business objectives, target audience preferences etc.; ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing performance marketing activities within the UK jurisdiction while maintaining ethical standards. • Provide leadership to drive continuous improvement in team productivity through effective delegation of tasks; foster a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, constructive feedback etc.; ensure alignment between
