Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent strategic technical role. • Strong technical fluency (not required to be an engineer) with the ability to understand systems architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies. • Demonstrated experience translating complex systems into business-friendly language. • Proven experience driving programs tied to OKRs and measurable business outcomes. • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with the ability to operate autonomously. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Experience aligning and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. • Track record of delivering complex initiatives on time. • Hands-on experience using Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Monday , Linear, Miro or similar) to manage cross-functional delivery at scale. • Experience structuring backlogs, defining epics and milestones, and creating executive-ready reporting dashboards. • Experience in healthcare, health tech, virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations. • Experience working in fast-growing, or globally distributed teams.
Responsibilities
• Own and drive execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives tied directly to company OKRs. • Translate business requirements into clearly defined technical programs. • Ensure every request from business stakeholders aligns with company objectives and measurable outcomes. • Make decisions on prioritization and tradeoffs in partnership with Engineering and business leaders. • Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams. • Handle negotiation tradeoffs between scope, timelines, and impact. • Proactively identify risks and remove blockers.
