Farsight AI - Senior Frontend Engineer
Requirements
• 4+ years of non-internship software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience building production-grade, scalable web applications • A sharp eye for clean, functional UI. You care deeply about how things feel, not just how they work • Experience working in unstructured environments where you took full autonomy of projects from conception to deployment • Intrinsically motivated and self-critical, with the ability to move fast on a lean team • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across a growing team • Positive, fun attitude and a genuine passion for building great products • Previous experience at an early-stage startup or big tech • Experience building interfaces for AI or data-heavy products • Familiarity with financial services workflows or client environments • Experience interacting directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into product decisions • Comfort with backend or infrastructure work. Benefits
• Base Salary Range of $150K – $180K • Offers Equity • Farsight is the agentic AI platform for financial services, currently helping investment banks and private equity firms fully automate entire, highly nuanced workflows. Today, institutions will spend 80% of their time gathering information for and creating first drafts of materials by hand before iterating on and refining their decks, models, and pitches.
