Requirements

Responsibilities
• Design and build scalable test infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling with a strong engineering-first mindset • Collaborate with a small, high-impact team to improve system reliability and developer productivity • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to optimize performance, cost, and feedback cycles • Develop internal tools and frameworks that simplify testing and improve product quality • Build and enhance test observability systems, including metrics, dashboards, and insights • test observability systems • Drive improvements in test performance, stability, and execution efficiency • Champion best practices in testing, reliability, and developer experience across teams • Continuously explore and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies • 6+ years of experience building large-scale JavaScript/TypeScript applications • Strong fundamentals in software design, systems thinking, and test infrastructure • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD systems • Experience building or working with test observability, analytics, or reporting systems • test observability, analytics, or reporting systems • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex engineering initiatives • Comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence engineering practices
