Responsibilities
• Build HubSpot marketing campaigns, emails, webinars, forms and registration pages and workflows following best practices and team policies. • Build and maintain lead scoring and routing systems that keep the top of funnel healthy and ensure clean, timely handoffs to BDRs. • Maintain and use integrations within HubSpot to support Marketing and Sales. • Manage data integrity within HubSpot to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across teams. • Improve email deliverability and sending practices to ensure appropriate contact frequency. • Ensure compliance with applicable data management regulations in marketing operations. • Implement and verify correct tracking and attribution processes. • Collaborate with Marketing to design, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. • Support channel owners with list uploads and enrichment, data hygiene, asset creation, campaign execution, and operational tasks. • Partner with the Data team for accurate and relevant data flow from HubSpot to other platforms for reporting. • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools across marketing operations workflows to reduce manual effort, improve speed, and increase quality of output. • Document marketing and sales operations processes in Notion and track project involvement on Monday.com http://Monday.com.
