Requirements
• 3–7 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record of shipping products that measurably shift user behavior. • Technically fluent and curious about AI systems, including experience with LLMs, evaluation frameworks, and designing for explainability in regulated environments. • Exceptional writer and strategic thinker who can defend prioritization calls under pressure and navigate complex, high-stakes trade-offs with intellectual honesty. • Who are Jack & Jill? • Ok, I'll go first. Responsibilities
• Lead independent discovery with financial advisers and paraplanners to synthesize deep user insights into actionable product roadmaps. • Scope and ship AI-native features in small, rapid increments, managing the full lifecycle from initial hypothesis to GTM readiness and adoption. • Define and track rigorous success metrics that prioritize long-term user outcomes and trust over vanity outputs or simple feature requests.
