Requirements
• Expert-level Azure Databricks and Apache Spark • Advanced Python and PySpark development • Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, data modeling) • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines at scale • Previous MDM platform implementation experience • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background • Exposure to international data systems/SQL databases • Proven track record with customer deduplication or entity resolution projects • Experience with fuzzy matching algorithms and probabilistic record linkage • Data quality framework implementation • Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementation
