Responsibilities
• Discover 360Learning, its platform, teams, and culture • Get familiar with our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt, etc.) and our ways of working • Understand our self-service strategy and current challenges around data requests • Answer high-impact business questions around churn, upsell, and feature adoption • Collaborate with our Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation, data models, and best practices to strengthen self-service adoption • Accompany teams in becoming more autonomous on Looker • Design an AI-powered initiative enabling teams to build and run their own Snowflake queries autonomously • Support the onboarding of people onto our new BI tool as part of the transition away from Amplitude • Scale and iterate on the AI/self-service initiative based on team feedback and adoption • Be a go-to person for business questions to unblock teams to drive upsells or prevent churn • Strong knowledge of SQL, and basic knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau etc.) • Basic knowledge of GitHub • Willingness to learn and explore our data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt) • Interest in data modeling, data warehousing principles, and building reliable queries • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset: able to break down ambiguous questions into clear, actionable steps • Comfortable collaborating with many different teams, understanding their needs, and communicating technical concepts in a simple way • Open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced analysts, engineers, and product teams • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR) • Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
