Requirements
• What will help you thrive? • You have significant experience with Human Resources processes or related (e.g., hiring, training, performance management, compensation, etc) • A depth of experience as HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) including Org Design, Organizational Development, Change Management and Talent Management. (Other elements of HR are managed via the wider HR operating model). • You are numbers and data oriented. You connect business needs & goals to relevant numbers and understand the importance of measuring things. • You speak Polish fluently and advanced English. • If you have experience partnering with Engineering teams is a plus. • If you worked and have experience with labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany or Italy is a plus. • Spanish speaking is a plus. • What to Expect from Our Hiring Process • We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role): • 1️⃣ Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Partner Giuliana https://www.linkedin.com/in/giulianaderocco/?locale=ento explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation. • 3️⃣Business Case – A take-home exercise incl. a few days' preparation time, designed to understand how you approach real-life problems. You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with the hiring manager and the team to discuss your thoughts and findings. • 4️⃣Stakeholder Interview – A conversation with one of your potential future stakeholders to get a sense of how you might collaborate together. • 5️⃣Final Interview – A final conversation with another senior leader from our Global People Experience Team. • 6️⃣ References & Offer!
