Requirements
• 8+ years progressive experience in product operations, product management, or program management, ideally 3+ years experience in health tech • Experience at a startup or face-paced company; thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision • Experience implementing or serving as an admin or super user for work management software (ex. Jira, Asana, Aha!, etc.) • Strong understanding and ability to leverage different aspects of project management methodologies based on company and team needs • Excellent ability to build relationships quickly across all levels • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Agile certification • Experience working at a startup or other fast-paced environment • Experience building data platforms and products powered by data, especially in an R&D environment
Responsibilities
• Partner with Product leadership to develop, prioritize, and execute the New Product operational roadmap to improve efficiency and alignment with company strategy • Own end-to-end GTM workflows, reporting, and tracking systems, leveraging tools and processes to drive scalability • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish operating models that reduce waste and friction across Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing • Optimize and automate processes to remove overhead, enabling Product Managers to focus on strategic efforts • Develop metrics and operations that embed data-driven decisions throughout all aspects of product development, delivery, and GTM operations
