Requirements
• Ability and/or willingness to use our product • 5+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering, architecting production-grade cloud-native Kubernetes environments, including multi-region deployments for high availability and disaster recovery. • Proficient in at least one programming language and skilled in Infrastructure as Code tools. • Experience in technical writing, documenting complex systems and processes to technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrates strong technical empathy, collaborating seamlessly with technical support and consulting our customers’ setups in evaluation or troubleshooting sessions. • Self-driven and autonomous, you thrive without daily supervision - critical for our remote-only team - you communicate async clearly and effectively. • Nice-to-haves: • Proven experience running Java applications in production, with a solid understanding of performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Background as a Technical Solutions Architect (or equivalent), with experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable solutions with state of the art practices. • Experience conducting evaluation or troubleshooting sessions with customers' unfamiliar or unknown setups. • This role is an existing vacancy • #LI-SK1 #LI-Remote #USEAST • What We Have to Offer: • location • United States: $143,800.00 to $231,900.00 • United Kingdom: £90,300.00 to £148,500.00 • Singapore: S$178,600.00 to S$267,900.00 • Canada: C$152,700 to C$251,200 • If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. • Remote.com
Responsibilities
• Shape integrated C8SM infrastructure solutions based on product vision, customer feedback, and community input. • Provide feedback and contribute to the other teams (e.g., Helm chart team) to improve the quality of the customer-facing solutions. • Craft clean, modular, extensible, and maintainable solutions and code for cloud setups, adhering to best practices and standards.
