New Era Technology - Physical Security Engineer

• 2+ years of experience implementing one or more of the following technologies: • Video Surveillance • Intrusion Detection • IT Infrastructure • Experience configuring and commissioning enterprise physical security systems. • Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, and IP-based devices. • Familiarity with a variety of physical security manufacturers and platforms. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret project drawings, wiring diagrams, and system documentation. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. • Self-motivated and effective in both field and remote work environments. • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required. • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus.
