Requirements
• 2+ years experience drafting, reviewing, enforcing, and/or supporting customers in complying with policies for digital ads and/or monetization products. • Strong familiarity with the policy and abuse trends of the digital advertising ecosystem. • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify workflow improvements and turn feedback into action. • Excellent program management skills and proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously across time-zones. • Team player with ability to work autonomously. • Self-starter, resilient, and passionate about keeping our community safe. • Previous experience handling complex escalations and communicating with leadership during crisis management situations. • Where You'll Be • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the United States region as long as we have a work location. • This team operates within the EST time zone for collaboration. • The United States base range for this position is $82,653 to $118,075 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. Responsibilities
• Research, draft, implement, and iterate on our advertising and monetization policies. • Support operations and enforcement teams with investigations of potentially violative content. • Conduct risk assessments and identify key policy issues and online safety trends in the advertising and monetization space. • Influence the priorities and direction of cross-functional stakeholders with regards to advertising and monetization policy, enforcement, and product safety efforts. • Contribute to model development, ground truth exercises, and refinement. • Vet and provide feedback on new products and features to ensure user safety remains a top priority. • Stay abreast of online user safety trends. • This role may require some weekend or holiday coverage on an on-call basis.
