Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in media relations, social listening, corporate communications, or data analytics. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience. • Deep expertise with advanced social listening and media intelligence platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr). • Strong cross-cultural communication skills with experience managing insights across diverse global markets, specifically including India and North America. • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Communications/Data Science) is a plus. • Prior experience working within deep tech, quantum computing, or high-growth SaaS environments. • The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site. • Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity.  Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze global media coverage and social conversations to track brand sentiment and share of voice. • Synthesize complex data sets from social listening tools into actionable insights for the executive and marketing teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social intelligence data with broader corporate communications goals. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of global PR and social media campaigns.
