• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or marine construction projects (construction of quay walls, jetties, MOF)• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coaching project managers• Advanced understanding of contract management and project governance• Solid knowledge of marine construction techniques and project execution methodologies• Strong organizational and process management capabilities• Ability to analyze complex situations, define solutions, and implement effective strategies• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Strong negotiation skills in complex and international environments• Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset• High level of flexibility and adaptability in dynamic project environments• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language such as French or Dutch is considered an asset• Willingness to relocate depending on project requirements
