Responsibilities
• Lead planning processes including setting targets, communicating assumptions, coordinating budget preparation, challenging submissions, seeking synergies upon consolidation. • Provide the business with relevant financial support to enable effective planning while applying moderate budgeting and forecasting techniques: Advice on modeling, planning, and forecasting with reference to cost, time, and quality. • Have an evolving view on how to manage planning ambiguities emanating from lack of perfect information, conflicting business objectives, and purely evolving environmental dynamics. • Identify and analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data, issues, trends: Provides actionable insight and advice to the business ensuring key risks and opportunities are known and addressed. • Use financial and business acumen (Scenario Planning, Financial Statement Analysis, Business Valuation Methodology, M&A) for building financial models with oversight on team operations: Prepares technical adjustments of budget based on requirement and RCA.
