Responsibilities
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests. • Build and maintain product dashboards (the foundation is ready, but it requires optimization and process improvement). • Analyze key product and marketing metrics (CR, ROI, LTV, Retention). • Develop and improve the product analytics infrastructure. • Explore user behavior and generate growth hypotheses. • Support decisions aimed at improving engagement, retention, and monetization. • Collaborate with marketing on traffic quality and unit economics.
Benefits
• Work format of your choice: fully remote from anywhere in the free world, with optional access to one of our offices (Kyiv, Warsaw). • Focus on performance: competitive compensation aligned with your skills and experience. We provide all necessary equipment regardless of your location. • Career growth through ownership: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers 2-3 years ago. Your impact isn't defined by years on a resume — it’s defined by how fast you learn and take responsibility. • Team activities: To support mental health, we offer online yoga sessions twice a week. • Development: Internal English speaking clubs with native speakers, opportunities to speak at internal and external events, and an annual budget covering up to 50% of learning activities and conferences. • Flexible benefits: A fixed annual budget where you choose what to cover: 50% of health insurance, therapy, sports, or dental care. Plus, 40 days of paid time off and sick leave. • Support during wartime: Stable working conditions, support for the Defense Forces, and participation in initiatives for Ukraine’s recovery. • Important: Deferment (booking) options are available for those eligible for military service after the probation period. • 1. Intro call with a recruiter. • 3. Interview with the Hiring Manager. • 4. Final interview. • If you want to be a driver of Botan’s product evolution rather than just running reports — let’s launch the future together.
