Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Growth, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end growth experiments and cross-functional projects. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines. • Strong analytical skills and experience with growth analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS. • Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within a startup or scale-up. • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus. • Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters • To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. Responsibilities

• To lead growth innovation initiatives within Strategy & OperationsGrowth & Revenue Systems department at Airwallex in Singapore. • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through the introduction of new products/services and expansion into untapped markets or customer segments, as well as optimizing existing offerings for better market fit. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR to align on strategic objectives related to growth innovation initiatives and ensure seamless execution of projects across the organization. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue contribution from new products/services or customer segments introduced by their team; track progress against targets set during strategy development phase, providing regular updates on status in alignment with organizational goals for growth and expansion. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within the organization that can contribute towards cost savings while maintaining high levels of service quality delivered to customers – this may involve streamlining processes or identifying areas where technology could be leveraged more effectively; present findings in a clear, concise manner with actionable recommendations for improvement. • Engage regularly with senior leadership team members and other stakeholders within the organization on matters related to growth innovation initiatives – this includes providing updates during scheduled meetings or informal check-ins as needed based upon evolving priorities; actively seek feedback from these individuals regarding progress made by their teams towards achieving strategic objectives set forth at beginning stages of project development. • Actively participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities where relevant – this includes attending meetings with potential partners or customers who may be interested collaborating on growth innovation initiatives; maintain an up-to-date understanding regarding latest trends within their sector which could impact future strategies being developed by them. • Maintain open lines of communication between themselves and other team members working towards similar goals – this includes sharing best practices learned from experience or lessons identified during project execution phases that may benefit others; provide support where needed based upon individual strengths/weaknesses within respective areas such as product development, marketing etc.; foster an environment conducive to collaboration amongst all parties involved. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers who have expressed interest in Airwallex’s products or services – this includes understanding their needs better through regular communication channels like phone calls/emails; providing timely updates regarding progress made by teams working on growth innovation initiatives which may impact them directly. • To foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees at all levels to share ideas for enhancing processes or products that could contribute towards better customer experiences – this includes facilitating brainstorming sessions

• SGD 140K – SGD 180K • Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. • These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting. • The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors. • Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range. • Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits.
