Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, or related roles • Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes • Experience improving finance workflows through automation, systems, or process redesign • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience implementing or scaling AI workflows in a business setting, particularly within Finance • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, and data integrations • Experience with finance data architecture and source systems such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS • Experience in healthcare services or marketplace businesses • Background in a high-growth or scaling company • We're serious about your well-being!
