Requirements
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of overall experience with full life cycle payroll with a global entity with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they relate to payroll. • Experience working in a fast paced work environment, ideally in the tech industry. • Timeliness: Strong deadline management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional collaborators to an outcome on a set timeline.Prioritization: Excellent project management skills with the ability to process a large number of competing requests from cross-functional partners . • Efficient with large dataset management; strong experience in Excel • Must embrace tools and technology; familiarity with Paylocity, Workday, Intacct is ideal. • Your Manager • Your Manager • Roxana Morales, Senior Manager, Procure to Pay • Typical Process • Typical Process • Application Submission • Recruiter video call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls

The new-hire base salary range for this position is: • National: $86,100 - $107,600 • Premium: $93,200 - $116,500 • Premium Plus: $101,300 - $126,600 • We also believe in recognizing the contributions of our people.
