Requirements
• You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and ego-free problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally: • 10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering scalable, impactful mobile products from scratch • 3+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies, startups, or industries like mobile games, eCommerce, travel, or fintech • Strong analytical skills, using data and market insights to inform decisions and optimise performance. • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and a keen eye for exceptional product experiences. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders and driving product vision. • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating a hands-on, results-driven approach. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage direct reports. • Let us know if you need any adjustments during the application process - we’re happy to help.
Responsibilities
• Own the product end-to-end, which includes ideation, planning, development, launch, growth and maintenance • Create roadmaps, goals, and success metrics to align with Tilt's mission • Utilise SQL and other in-house data tools to dive deep and shape the product • Join technical and design discussions to address approaches and requirements • Directly manage your cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, etc.
