Requirements
• Can share portfolio case studies that show your process, not just final assets — including the brief, alternatives considered, constraints you worked within, and how you arrived at your final decisions • process • Have experience designing and shipping complex landing pages or digital experiences end-to-end • In the first month, you’ll: • Complete onboarding and build a strong understanding of RevenueCat’s product, customers, and positioning • Audit our existing brand, visual systems, and design workflows • Get context on current campaigns, events, and upcoming initiatives • Start building trust with Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Leadership • Ship your first set of brand or campaign assets • Jump into live projects early, even if context isn’t perfect, and start shipping before everything is fully mapped out.
Responsibilities
• Can work independently, own initiatives end-to-end, and proactively push projects forward • Establish clear brand design principles and direction (without over-policing) • Create or refine core brand systems, templates, and reusable components • Lead the creative direction for at least one major campaign or activation • Improve speed and quality of design output across the marketing team • Take over as the main point of contact for external design agencies • Launch multiple campaigns, sub-brands, or activations that clearly elevate RevenueCat’s brand • Design and/or oversee visual concepts for events (booths, signage, experiences) • Introduce scalable systems for landing pages, templates, and campaign design • Demonstrably reduce reliance on slow external execution by enabling faster internal output • Be a trusted creative partner to senior marketing and company leadership • Evolve RevenueCat’s brand to support larger launches, events, and audience growth • Push creative experimentation through new formats, channels, and technologies • Help define how brand design supports revenue, demand gen, and product launches • Mentor other designers or creative partners as the team grows • Be the clear owner and steward of RevenueCat’s brand design • Have built a flexible, recognizable brand system that scales with the company • Play a key role in major launches, flagship events, and external visibility • Influence how RevenueCat is perceived across the broader developer and startup ecosystem
