Requirements

• A senior-level customer success manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK • Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing customer success strategies • Skilled at evaluating client engagement processes, customer requirements, and compliance • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

Responsibilities

• We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems. • Your role is both practical and high impact. You will: • Review and refine AI-generated responses related to customer success, account management, and client engagement. • Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, clarity, and commercial realism. • Draft complex customer scenarios such as onboarding journeys, troubleshooting escalations, renewal negotiations, or feedback management. • Create variations of scenarios from different perspectives, such as client, success manager, or executive stakeholder. • Identify weaknesses in customer experience logic, communication effectiveness, or issue resolution approaches. • In simple terms: • You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world customer success practices, effective client interactions, and industry standards. • This is not account administration or client support. Instead of working on individual cases, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about customer success at scale. • Your input directly improves AI performance on customer engagement and support-related topics. • Who this is for • An experienced customer success, account management, client support, or engagement specialist • Based in the EU or UK • With several years of experience in customer success, client management, support operations, or related fields • Skilled in client relationship management, problem resolution, and communication best practices • Available 8 to 20 hours per week • Able to start in the coming weeks • This role is fully remote and flexible—perfect alongside existing professional commitments. • A short AI-based interview • A brief written evaluation focused on customer success scenarios and reasoning • A compliance check to verify your identity and professional background • If approved, you will be onboarded and can start shortly after.
