Responsibilities
- Record audio using a computer microphone in a quiet setting with no noise background for up to 30 minutes per script provided by LILT. The scripts are expected to be relatively short and written in Brazilian Portuguese. No previous experience is needed as this position requires native language skills only, which the candidate will demonstrate through their recordings.
- Participate remotely from anywhere at any time for diverse projects that contribute to making world information accessible across languages by delivering multilingual AI services and human verification processes tailored to enterprises, governments, and other developers globally. This role is a freelance contractor position with payments made via Tipalti as per LILT's policy.
- Engage in the application process which may involve submitting job applications through an AI-assisted system for résumé screening, assessment scoring, and interview analysis to identify qualified candidates efficiently and objectively; however, final hiring decisions are made by people at LILT. Candidates can opt out of using AI in the process if they wish or require accommodations due to concerns about fairness or inclusivity as per equal opportunity employer policies that prohibit discrimination based on various protected characteristics.
