Requirements
• Strong communication skills and experience translating ‘laymen speak’ into technical requirements • Proficient in PostgreSQL and one or more of the data platforms: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Firebolt, etc. (Preferred) • Experience with our product stack (Node.js & Typescript preferred)
Responsibilities
• Design and build a startup’s tech stack to be AI-first from the ground up; contribute to infra decisions, direction and prioritization. • Ship internal tools quickly and get immediate feedback from colleagues. • Develop and own our data warehouse and internal data architecture. • Work on projects involving LLMs, agents and automation (e.g., User Health Reporting + CRM Data Quality). • Build a tool for summarizing user feedback to prioritize items/requests for the Product team. • Implement complicated B2B pricing models in billing / Invoicing systems; automate financial reconciliation and reporting processes as much as possible. • Integrate product database, CRM data, operations or finance data into a unified warehouse to generate dashboards for team members (e.g., building the company's internal tools).
