• Develop and manage reputation on social discovery platforms for over 20 million users worldwide. • Monitor daily activities of the TENTENS Tech team where each member acts as a CEO in their role with influence on collective results, working within an agile framework (10/10ths). • Junior Reputation Manager responsibilities include: • - Daily monitoring and managing reputation. • - Working closely with internal teams and partners to manage brand image proactively. • - Continuously seeking growth opportunities, from optimizing the brand's presence in search engines (SEO) to developing new tools for reputation management. • Strong analytical skills are required along with a keen eye for details and systematic thinking abilities. Must be able to work effectively under high dynamics conditions. • Experience working on text creation, optimization of content according to external platform requirements is necessary. • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Brand24, Mangools, Ahrefs needed. • Basic SEO knowledge required. • Prior experience using Reddit and Quora platforms preferred but not mandatory.
