Responsibilities
• Maintain and support server infrastructure, including setup, updates, and troubleshooting • Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and ensure high availability of services • Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure environments • Support PCI DSS compliance, including environment readiness and vulnerability management • Manage and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems • Support containerization using Docker and contribute to Kubernetes-related initiatives • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and performance issues to ensure system stability
