Responsibilities
• What we are seeking: • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 5+ years of experience working with survey data. • Experience working in polling is a particularly strong bonus. • 2+ years experience managing others, with a proven track record of developing a growing team. • An understanding of how to distill requests for a lot of detail down to the most important points and find the most relevant information in a sea of facts. • Experience conducting data analysis on tight deadlines where the problem is unstructured, or guidance is open ended. • Expertise in programming languages such as SQL, R, and/or Python. • The ability to manipulate data and are comfortable working with spreadsheets. • Someone who is passionate about harnessing data-driven solutions to improve social outcomes. • Someone who is detail-oriented and proactive.
