• Has strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience. • Is highly interested in AEO, LLMs and the future of search. • Can turn data and findings into clear strategies and actions. • Understands content, links, technical SEO and authority building. • Is strong at competitor analysis and spotting patterns across markets. • Can identify opportunities that are already backed by evidence rather than relying purely on intuition. • Is proactive and comfortable testing new ideas. • Can communicate clearly with different teams. • Is comfortable training others and sharing knowledge. • Enjoys working collaboratively across marketing functions. • Wants to become highly knowledgeable about both AEO and the Searchable platform. • Uses AI tools to improve the speed and quality of their work. • Experience working in a B2B environment, particularly where search supports longer sales cycles, complex buying journeys or category education. • You don't need to arrive as an AEO expert. You do need to be curious, analytical and serious about becoming one. • What Success Looks Like • You become a trusted internal Search Lead who: • Improves Searchable's visibility across traditional and AI search. • Understands where competitors are winning and how we can respond. • Consistently identifies high-potential, pre-validated opportunities from our own data and the wider market. • Helps Content, Growth, YouTube and Digital PR make better decisions. • Turns Searchable data into practical strategies. • Clearly reports what is working, what isn't and what we should do next. • Becomes one of the most knowledgeable users of the Searchable platform. • Regularly identifies useful product improvements through your own work.
