Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-CP) preferred • 5+ years of benefits administration experience • 5+ years managing leave of absence in a multi-state environment • Strong knowledge of federal/state benefits laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Workers’ comp, etc.) • Experience with vendor/broker management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills • Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions independently. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities; Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals • Strategic, collaborative team player able to work in fast-paced, virtual environments; ability to travel (10–15%) • This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
Benefits
• $98,000—$118,000 USD • All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
