Requirements
• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable institute with a minimum of 3-4 years’ work experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or a related Analytics role. • Good understanding of the online advertising industry and ecosystem, prior exposure to programmatic, mobile advertising, or digital media is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets, including descriptive and diagnostic analysis (must have) • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL for querying internal databases. • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in visualization tools like Power BI, Rill, Tableau or equivalent. • Experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for data extraction and attribution reporting. • Data storytelling ability, translating numbers into meaningful business narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Quick learner with high accuracy and the ability to manage high work volumes effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. • Flexible to work in shifts as per business requirements and adaptable to extended timelines as project demands. • Results-driven with a passion for performance and a desire to stay current on industry trends and technologies. • The InMobi Culture • The InMobi Culture • At InMobi, culture isn’t a buzzword; it's an ethos woven by every InMobian, reflecting our diverse backgrounds and experiences. • We thrive on challenges and seize every opportunity for growth. Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, optimization, and monitoring across DSPs and other campaign operations platforms. • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for both client reporting and internal decision-making. • Maintain and update SOPs related to reporting workflows, campaign setup, targeting strategies, and platform-specific processes. • Leverage third-party tools to extract, clean, and present campaign data for internal analysis and performance tracking. • Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to resolve campaign issues, address requests, and ensure smooth execution. • Take ownership of documenting campaign-related processes to support training, consistency, and business continuity. • Communicate project outcomes and performance impact clearly through structured presentations and effective communication. • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving leadership teams, while strengthening problem-solving capabilities through exposure to multi-disciplinary projects. • Support enhancement of performance metrics and reporting tools, while leveraging AI to improve analysis, streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and contributing to the planning and execution of effective solutions. • Serve as a point of contact for assigned regional accounts, managing stakeholder expectations and tracking campaign delivery. • Partner in onboarding and training new team members, acting as a resource for knowledge transfer and ongoing guidance. • Drive AI automation initiatives in collaboration with the Product team, identifying opportunities to streamline campaign operations and improve efficiency through intelligent automation solutions • Own and drive weekly progress reviews on automation and platform initiatives, ensuring milestones are tracked, blockers are resolved, and deliverables stay on schedule • Liaise with Product teams to ensure the iDSP platform automation efforts remain progressive, aligned with the product roadmap, and delivered with high quality • Front-face the team on central projects, driving stakeholder conversations, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams • Partner with operations Leads in planning, executing, and tracking all critical projects stemming from central strategy initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes • Build and maintain an AI automation roadmap for the operations org, identifying high-impact use cases, prioritizing them by effort vs. value, and presenting a quarterly pipeline to leadership • Champion a culture of AI adoption within the team by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating internal playbooks on AI tools, and upskilling team members on prompt engineering and automation best practices • Define and track automation KPIs such as hours saved, error reduction, and throughput improvement to quantify the impact of AI initiatives and build the business case for scaling them • Collaborate with the Data/BI team to explore AI-driven enhancements to reporting, such as anomaly detection in campaign performance, automated insight generation, and predictive delivery forecasting
