Requirements
• 5+ Years in creative campaign and/or demand marketing roles (SaaS preferred). • Demonstrated experience leading creative, integrated campaigns in a sales-led environment. • Experience partnering closely with brand, design and creative teams. • Able to balance commercial goals with creative and brand considerations. • Confident communicator with strong cross-functional influence. • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with sharp attention to tone and structure. • Open to experimenting with AI to boost quality, speed and scale without compromising brand. • A proactive, strategic mind who brings clarity, creativity and strong ideas to every project. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment operating as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy. • Ironically for an education company, we’re not huge sticklers for qualifications. Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline for Atomi's products in Australia. • Develop creative strategies that align with company goals while ensuring a consistent brand voice throughout all marketing materials, including digital content creation tailored specifically for Australian audiences using AI tools where applicable but not replacing human judgment entirely. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide actionable insights based on data analysis that can help improve conversion rates from leads into customers within Australia's market context, ensuring a seamless handoff between departments while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information as per company policy. • Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly using AI tools to identify areas for optimization and implement changes swiftly based on data insights without compromising the human touch in decision making; this includes adjusting target demographics, refining messaging strategies, or reallocating budget across different channels as needed within Australia's market. • Engage with potential customers through various communication platforms such as email, social media, and live events to build relationships while maintaining a professional tone that reflects Atomi’s brand values; this includes responding promptly to inquiries or feedback received from Australian audiences using AI tools where applicable but not replacing human judgment entirely. • Attend industry conferences within Australia periodically as part of the company's market research efforts while networking with peers and staying updated on emerging trends relevant to Atomi’s products; this includes sharing insights gained from these experiences back into team meetings or presentations without compromising confidentiality policies. • Maintain a proactive approach towards identifying new opportunities for growth within Australia's market by conducting competitive analysis, customer surveys, and engaging with industry influencers while ensuring compliance with local regulations; this includes leveraging AI tools where applicable but not replacing human judgment entirely. • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing content that resonates emotionally within Australia's diverse audience demographics using both traditional and digital media formats while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints; this includes incorporating feedback received from Australian audien0es into future campaign strategies without compromising confidentiality policies. • Manage a team of junior marketers or assistants responsible for executing various aspects of demand generation activities within Australia's market, providing guidance and support as needed while ensuring alignment with company goals; this includes utilizing AI tools where applicable but not replacing human judgment entirely to maintain effective communication channels between teams. • Participate in regular performance reviews conducted by senior management or external consultants based on established KPIs within Australia's market context, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement while
